Guatemala Mission Trip

Trinity is excited for our next international mission trip to Rio Hondo,
Guatemala in partnership with Hope of Life (HOL). HOL, a Christian
non-profit that has been working in Guatemala for 35 years, has a variety of service projects and opportunities for discipleship. Our primary focus will be supporting a mountain village called Canoguitas.

Travel: We will fly from Boston to Guatemala City. Hope of Life will
provide transportation to and from their location in Rio Hondo. The dates of the trip will be Friday, February 13 - Friday, February 20, 2026.

Passport: A passport is required of all travelers; your passport
expiration date must be after August 13, 2026.

Lodging/Meals: Lodging is at the Hope of Life campus in Rio Hondo.
Hope of Life will provide housing, food, transportation, and security.

Work Projects: There are many different service opportunities, including
working in the village of Canoguitas to rebuild their school, hosting
Vacation Bible School and doing projects for the orphanage in Zacapa.

Cost: The cost of airfare, rooms and meals will be approximately $1,500
per person. We encourage each member of the team to tell others about the trip and raise at least some of the funds. We will hold fundraisers to help cover the cost of the projects. If the individual cost is the only barrier to going, please talk to Pastor Kirk.

Registration: Registration requires a deposit of $400 and the submission of a copy of your valid passport (emailed to info@TrinityNR.org). Please note that the $400 deposit will be used to secure airline tickets and is therefore non-refundable. The deadline to register is Sunday, September 7th.  Minors that are high school age (recommended 16+) are welcome with a parent or guardian.
